QE8 workaround

1. 2010/12/01, fiFc4Free get"fcLgn->lgnU.fc4Lgn.fc2Lgn" is NULL when plug out FC cable.

2. 20101215, fcIOStart get hpFCLgn or fc2Lgn is NULL when plug out FC cable.
